Behind every itinerary is thoughtful design and careful attention to detail. We consider everything from the people we meet to the places we stay and the rhythms of each day so that every experience feels intuitive, seamless, and deeply connected to the land and culture.

Deep Street started from my love of food and travel, and a fascination with the people, stories, and traditions behind every meal. I’ve always loved planning journeys for myself discovering hidden gems, tasting dishes, and designing days that feel thoughtful and seamless. With Deep Street, I wanted to create authentic experiences that others could love as much as I do.
Every journey is intimate, chef-led, and guided by food, land, and culture. Morocco is our first chapter: a country whose generosity, warmth, and culinary richness made it the natural place to begin, and the way we approach it will shape every journey that follows. I’m thrilled to be teaming up with Amanda, a chef whose life and work are deeply rooted in Morocco’s cuisine and culture.
